BREATHING & MEDITATION
As a January treat I would like to Invite You to a FREE breathing & meditation session this Sunday, the 16th, at 8.30pm.
It will last for about 30 mins and will give you an opportunity to learn, and experiment with using your breathing as an anchor to a calmer life.
In such unsettled and stressful times, it has been a normal reaction to feel anxious and unsure,,,, but as we move through into a new year,, let us not waste any more ‘anxious’ minutes and learn new strategies for coping more effectively.
So, please do log in to the Zoom link on Sunday, cameras and audio will be off and you can give yourself half hour of quality improvement for your greater good 🙏
No experience is necessary.
