Hi, Jane here, at the moment I am caring for my dad who is recovering from COVID, so a busy time with work and caring. Outside of I work I enjoy taking time to focus on my well-being with Pilates, meditation and walking. I work in employment rehabilitation for a chartiy so get an in-sight every day as to how poor health can impact on people's lives. When time permits I love spending time over in Rutland with my partner David and visiting my lovely friends who live around the Uk.
